Late in 2000, my client project was one of the first to use a new internal framework at Razorfish. Playing one of the new roles of "experience lead," I kept an online log to record the challenges and lessons of the position. Released as a learning tool at the end of the project, our knowledge management practice praised the effort for its innovation.
