Ford Motor Company wanted to create an attractive, usable site to allow employees and their families to receive discounts on automobiles. We designed a site that allowed both employees and their families to learn about the program and redeem their discount in conjunction with dealerships. A fun feature let employees offer the program to family members by sending them beautiful Ford-themed Internet postcards.
I created a prototype of the postcard idea and helped expand it into an entire customer relationship management plan. I also designed the initial version of the information architecture and interaction design.
