Verizon, a Fortune 10 company and a leading telecommunications provider, added personalization to their intranet both to increase usefulness as well as to comply with telecom regulations. To reduce administration costs, a content management system was simultaneously planned.

I contributed to the user interface of the content management system and defined a complete content architecture, including taxonomy, metatag standards, and keyword guidelines to improve search results and facilitate future site features.
